Black Island Bakery Sourdough Classic

Black Island Bakery Sourdough Classic is made from organically certified ingredients: Wheat and rye flour, water, salt. The leaven (starter) is also made from the same wheat, rye flour and water.

This is a wonderfully flavourful 'everyday' bread. The natural 18 hour fermentation process creates a delicious bread suitable for all occasions that keeps for up to a week. For best results, keep the loaf in an airtight container/bag at room temperature. Freezes very well. Do not keep in the fridge as this stales the bread.


Orders should be made by Thursday at 9pm for the following Saturday. Indicate the number of loaves you would like in your email or by adding loaves to your cart (multiple cart additions are possible).
